Hans Troiza
Hans Troiza is the Chief Technology Officer – Digital at Alfa Laval, driving the company’s digital strategy, technology transformation, and AI innovation. With over two decades in technology leadership, Hans blends deep engineering expertise with a visionary approach to scaling digital and AI-driven change across global operations. At Alfa Laval, Hans Troiza pioneered the formation of the organization’s AI Centre of Excellence, embedding responsible-AI frameworks, governance, and practical use cases in industrial operations and services. His deep technical background and broad business perspective allow him to speak the language of engineering, technology and commercial leadership, how industrial companies can shift from “hype” to true business value through AI, digital transformation and enterprise-scale change.
Anders Printz
Anders Printz is the Photo, Motion & Postproduction Manager at IKEA, leading creative production across photography, film, and digital content. With a background spanning visual effects, media, and education, Anders has worked with agencies such as GOOD, GREY, and TBWA (Apple’s agency), and as a presenter for Adobe Nordic. Before joining IKEA, he spent six years at SVT as VFX Supervisor and Senior Artist, shaping the visual identity of major TV shows. Anders’s mission is to take IKEA’s visualization to the next level, exploring all future possibilities to break boundaries and reach new creative heights of excellence in production with the help of AI.
Fredrik Nilsson
Fredrik Nilsson is AI Business Architect at Alfa Laval’s Digital Innovation Centre, where he bridges innovation, data and business strategy. He helps embed advanced analytics and machine-learning capabilities into industrial operations and service models to deliver measurable value. With a mindset grounded in creativity and practical application, Fredrik focuses on turning new ideas into deployed solutions that support digital transformation, driving business and engineering alignment.
