CodeScene is a proud sponsor of Pink Programming

We're proud sponsors of Pink Programming, Sweden’s largest community for women and non-binary programmers.

Copied!

Happy Valentine's Day to all of our readers! We couldn't find a better day than today to share that we're proud sponsors of Pink Programming, Sweden’s largest community for women and non-binary programmers.

We believe in working towards a gender equal tech industry and we're very, very proud to partner up with Pink Programming that's actively working towards that mission!

What is Pink Programming?

Pink Programming is Sweden’s largest community for women and non-binary programmers and a non-profit organization. They work towards a gender equal tech industry by creating inspiring coding events and camps, and hosting Diversity & Inclusion courses for companies. Since the start in 2015, the community has arranged hundreds of coding events and camps, and hosts events for 1000 people yearly.

The HQ of Pink Programming is in Malmö, with also project groups in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The organization is supported by the work and energy of active volunteers, and more than 200 members with an extended community of thousands of developers in the industry. Their voice is loud and clear - together we’re changing the tech game.

As CodeScene's CMO Lydia Nicoll puts it:

"As CodeScene was founded in Malmö, we're thrilled to be able to give back to the local developer community in such a meaningful way. Pink Programming is leading the charge to ensure a more equitable future for the tech industry, and it's important for us that we show we support that mission through our actions."

CodeScene is excited to partner up with Pink Programming and support this strong community. Stay tuned for the activities that we're planning together. There's more to come!
