We’re hiring a driven, technical, early-career salesperson to lead this conversation.

 

What you'll actually do

This is a high-activity, high-reward "Hunter" role. You are responsible for the front end of our growth engine.

  • Prospect with precision: Use signal-based intent data to find Tech Leads and Engineering Managers struggling with the "AI productivity paradox" (seeing their delivery stall because their teams are spending more time fixing AI generated code than building features).
  • Execute the outreach: Run daily outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone. No "spray and pray", you’ll use data-driven signals.
  • Own the discovery: Run deep discovery calls. You won’t just talk features; you’ll talk about technical debt, AI-readiness and AI-protection.
  • Build the pipeline: Your success is measured by your ability to turn conversations into high-value opportunities.

Most entry-level sales roles are generic and script-based. This isn't one of them.

  • Master the AI-coding shift: You’re selling the solution to the biggest challenge of 2026: managing the flood of AI-generated code. You'll help teams understand why "unhealthy code" has a 60% higher defect risk when refactored by AI.
  • Enable agentic development: You’ll talk to CTOs about giving autonomous agents a "moral compass" for code quality using our MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
  • The subject matter: You are selling to highly intelligent engineering teams about the very core of what they do: writing software.
  • The AI angle: You’ll be at the forefront of the biggest shift in tech history, helping companies bridge the gap between "legacy debt" and "AI efficiency."
  • Technical depth: You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to think like one. You’ll learn to analyze code health and explain its business impact.

What success looks like

  • You consistently create new opportunities from outbound efforts.

  • You book meetings with the "right" people, the ones feeling the pain of technical debt.

  • You qualify fast. You don’t waste time on "bad" deals; you hunt for the "big" problems.

  • You become a subject matter expert in software engineering intelligence.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong internal drive: You don't wait for leads to land in your inbox. You go find them.

  • Is comfortable with the "Grind": You see rejection as a data point and high activity as the path to winning.

  • Is Technical-Adjacent: A background as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or developer is a massive plus. Over time you will be able to hold your own in a conversation with a CTO.

  • Communicates with clarity: You can take complex technical concepts and make them punchy and persuasive.

The role is NOT for you if you:

  • You prefer managing existing accounts over hunting for new ones.

  • You want a slow-paced, highly structured 9-to-5 environment.

  • You’re uncomfortable reaching out to high-level stakeholders who don’t know you yet.
