The Client

Alfa Laval is a global industrial leader in heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling, where fast access to accurate information is critical. As the organization grew, employees spent increasing time navigating systems instead of focusing on their core work. Their mission was to create an in-house AI agentic platform that would help employees work faster, safer, and smarter.

That platform became ALVA, a secure, in-house AI platform providing a single, trusted entry point to AI, connecting employees to the full business ecosystem while removing concerns around licensing, privacy, and governance.
